Reproductive Reflexology

The effect of reproductive reflexology is to bring the whole body into harmony and balance as well as helping specific disorders like hormonal imbalances and stress.

Reproductive Reflexology in Natural FertilityReproductive reflexology balances the fertility hormones, encourages ovulation and aids plantation supporting a natural pregnancy. For men reflexology assists the production of healthy sperm with the added benefit of helping to bring down stress levels.

Reflexology is based on the theory that the human body has its own internal energy lines or ‘meridians’ along which the body’s energy flows.  An imbalance of this energy can cause infertility. This energy can be accessed through thousands of nerve endings in your feet.  During the treatment a specially designed massage is administered to the reflexology points on your feet.  Each reflex point relates to a different area of the body and the effect is to bring the whole body into harmony and balance.  Areas of your body which are under or over active can be detected and treated.  It stimulates your body to detoxify and encourages it to use its own innate ability of healing itself.

Reflexology has been used for over two thousand years and was known by the Chinese and Egyptians. It is truly holistic and in addition to helping with hormonal imbalances and fertility it may help with various disorders including migraine, sinus problems, breathing disorders, digestive problems, circulatory problems, back problems, arthritis, lack of energy,  tension and stress.

Reflexology is extremely pleasurable treatment and very relaxing.
